Who Are We?

We could tell you about all the wonderful things we have done for our clients, but how is that going to help you?

We are here to listen to what your organization wants to accomplish with its benefits, and then we want to help you attain that goal.

We are constantly spending our time identifying quality organizations and establishing relationships to fill the needs of our clients. It is easy to be promised a certain service, but when things go wrong (and they do) we need to know that we can get a response from our vendors and get the problem solved.

We know the value of self funding your health benefits and want you to understand what advantages it can bring to you, the employer.

Employees and dependents are going to use the health plan, but let us show you some ideas to be more cost efficient and effective with your healthcare dollars.

Ask him to tell you the story behind his nickname, Grunion. Chocolate addict who loves Saralynn’s fudge. If he’s a good boy all year (right…), she makes him a batch for Christmas. A golfer extraordinaire (assuming a 25 handicap is extraordinary), passionate RV-er with his wife, Ronni, avid teller of Colorado trivia (just call his cell phone 719-339-7110), Dad, Grandpa, dog lover(Rudy and Pearl), on a first name basis with US Airways and our resident handyman. Oh, and he knows a lot of stuff about insurance. Heck, he helped pioneer self-funding and alternate funding concepts in the Western US. As well as involved in developing the First PPO. Impressive, huh?

Allison AKA AJ. AKA the brilliant lady who writes us our paychecks and keeps us out of IRS jail.. AKA the brilliant lady who keeps us up and running-we couldn’t do anything without her! Allison has enjoyed her career spanning many different areas of the insurance world, from a large insurance company home office employee early in her career, to a broker/consultant, on to running a Third Party Administration Company before starting Benefit Dynamics, with her partner Richard. Wonderful wife to Scott and mother to two daughters, Kelsey and Kayla. When she’s not watching her kids sports activities, she loves to play tennis. Very fashionable and a great sense of humor. Loves banana cream pie and a good, chicken curry.

Our farm girl from Montana who’s been with us for over 13 years. A former teacher turned insurance guru! She has over twenty-three years of diverse experience in the employee benefits/health insurance industry. Her talents are currently being applied to assist brokers, consultants, TPAs and their clients in all phases of successfully implementing and operating Employee Benefit Plans. Loves cross stitching, makes a mean lefse and has great taste in jewelry. Has traveled all over the US with her dear husband, Dave.

Who knew where an Art History degree will land you! Karen has over 27 years in claims and insurance client service. She has been with BDC for over 10 years. Her expertise is stoploss placement, and helping clients with difficult claim situations. She is the mother of two teenage boys.
